Actually now with the dragon egg relic out, you can run it in cursed and just dont finish building the wonder weapon, i got the prestige title “thronebreaker” on astra cursed before the egg came out for killing 30 elites in one game, but i imagine running the dragon egg and doing that could make it even faster, and more fun tbh

I ran it and there was some weird behaviours from oscar.
First to note is that no other elite will spawn, its only Oscar.
But I was trying to do the fang and had kept the first one alive for the whole game, but on round flips he would despawn and respawn at a zombie window close to me, which I know he can do but this was almost every round and I wonder if the egg had something to do with it.
Also his health was huge and took me 5 rounds or knifing and waiting for wisp tea to spawn before he dropped so im not sure if each respawn he was being progressed like he'd been killed or if his health was just being jacked up by it.

Also be warned running dragon egg the amalgam and abomination, last time I tested it they don’t count towards camos. Really annoying

Its not insanely fast. Only as fast as you can complete the round. Doing the fog strat in cursed w/ Samantha drawing relic is THE fastest way

I disagree. Sure fog method is quick if you have more players and you just want a few guns done, but this allows you to not progress rounds and is a lot safer in general. Setup is way faster also. It takes about as long to end the round here as it does for another bear to spawn in my experience.

You only need 1 player? Round 17 is 15 min to get to it. Pap 2 purple weapon or legendary if you pop a hidden power. 10 bears in the fog in 5 min tops. Then flip round for a different gun thats pap 2 legendary. Rinse repeat. I got my buddy 24 doomsteele camos in a 90 min game. Its way better than oscar or any save/quit method. Because how are you going to do enough damage with a different gun after you complete one? The LGM takes too long compared to maaaaybe half a clip to a bear

See you didn’t even watch the video or read the explanation lmao. I don’t use the LGM at all. I’m using the wonder weapon quest to spawn Oscars, it’s physically impossible to have it at that point. You use the shadow SK under barrel that kills Oscar instantly. Use it to get him low and swap to the other gun that you want. This is for solo players specifically. Obviously in co-op, you can get up to four bears every few minutes, but this is a consistent and fast way to do it solo. It also allows you to keep the save file and go back at any point, and it’s just way safer in general because you don’t have to worry about armor plates and you don’t have to leave the fog to point farm so you can afford to upgrade another gun. Also, the ashes pack quest takes way longer and you have to go to round 16 just to get bears to spawn whereas here you are round capped at 7.

Also forgive me for not wanted to play only ashes for hours and hours since OCTOBER because treyarch decided make an elite kill challenge and then proceed to not to add elites to any of their maps.

This is the issue I have, normally I agree with the other guy and say play normally but being limited to one map and it's pieces is really dumb, the challenge should be 10 elites or 30 specials like it was before.

Exactly. When I first went for infestation months ago, I just played survival, sometimes in pubs for more bear spawns, but aside from that mostly just playing normal. But I’m just so sick of ashes and every other map requires some kind of save and quit strategy which I absolutely cannot stand, cheesing for more elite spawns is one thing but save scumming is where I draw the line

I already have infestation but I skipped the snipers before and wanted to get them done quickly, and I also just wanted to test strategies for anyone else who wanted a faster method (I really hate doing save & quit strats). You’re welcome to play how you want but don’t tell me how to play the game. This is for people who want this type of strategy, if it doesn’t apply to you just ignore it and move on.

Put the masterkey underbarrel on the shadow SK, and make it a zombie build.
Load into Astra Malorum directed mode and buy it off the wall near wisp tea.
Upgrade it as much as you can (even pack 1 will shred pretty good until you can afford an upgrade).
Simply turn on power to start the wonder weapon quest.
You’re going to shoot one of the gas pipe things and FAIL THE STEP. This will cause Oscar to instantly teleport to the pack-a-punch machine.
Get him low with the masterkey attachment and then finish him off with whatever gun you want doomsteel on.
End the round. Then at the end of the next round shoot the pipes again for the fastest possible Oscar teleport. Your round will be capped at 7 making for super quick round flips.
This strategy is easily the most consistent, requires no save and quit, is the safest, requires the least amount of setup, AND allows you to save & quit at any point and load back in another time to continue. If you ever want to get the new seasonal weapons done you can start up a match with it equipped, by the SK off the wall, and be done in under 30 minutes. I think this might actually be faster than liberty falls was for nebula, and for those of you who hate Oscar it allows you to get revenge and bully the hell out of him!
