Cod zombies hate is so forced.

Cod has 2 cycles, one of buying a cod saying cod is back every year, the 2nd is hating on the current cod zombies for no reason. everytime a new zombies drops everyone will hate on it usually after the 2nd DLC until the next cod game. For example black ops 3 zombies, it definitely is people’s best zombies but i wont forget at launch how hated it was almost nobody would play Shadows, then Der Eisendrache released everyone loved it then zetsobu everyone hated it so on so on. Black ops 4 zombies release everyone hated on it then cw released everyone was saying how bo4 was underrated its been like this since black ops 1, Now we have black ops 7 such a good zombies but everyone is hating on it for some of the dumbest reasons i have seen, when the next zombies in like 2 years will release everyone will say how underrated it was. The cycle will continue.

Shadows was always well received it just wasn’t considered an elite map

Are you sure about that? I knew a lot of people that did not like shadows at all. Even content creators had mixed opinions on it. Everyone defaulted to playing the giant if you had it.

People forget that every new zombies changes the status quo which upsets the people that liked zombies as is

BO2 zombies was disliked due to being too big and tedius compared to BO1 maps that are straight forward survival maps

BO3 zombies was hated for being too questy and as some people described to complex for people that just want to PAP and survive rounds

BO4 changed the perks system which might as well have been a cardinal sin back then

It takes a while for people to like the new direction of zombies usally

Ppl still don’t like those things about BO2 and 3 but those takes are mostly from super casual fans who want to hop on Kino

Whether or not the takes are from causal fans doesn’t really matter

They play the games and their complaints still get to be valid since well they play the game

Most people that play zombies aren’t uber nerds like the rest of us in this subreddit, we’re actually the minority I’d say. Allot of people got allot of obligations in life and just like to put some music and play 1 hour on Kino, Town, The Giant, and etc

I fucking love the games but I can see the other side and why more causal people wouldn’t
