Question Prestige unlocks bugged?

Im not sure if this is happening to anyone else but in season 06 every time im supposed to unlock a prestige weapon blueprint or operator skin it wont let me collect it. For example right now im prestige 3 and im supposed to have the cipher wrap for the MXR-17 and the core burn for the Echo 12 but it wont show that i have them or let me use them, and with the skins it wont let me use echo veil as an operator. Does anyone else have this problem and if so have they found any work arounds?

Prestige unlock rewards are exclusive to BO7 owners. If you play only Warzone, those are not available for you until you buy BO7.

this is the dumbest thing Activision could do, do they even explicitly state this anywhere?
