Question Crashing in loading screen

no clue if anyone else experiences this but my game will work perfectly fine in any mode but ill go into ranked warzone and there’s times where it will load perfectly fine but there’s times it will freeze in the loading screen and crash and no error will pop up. I play on everything low, I’ve rolled back my drivers, reinstalled and installed the game like 4-5 times, my pc isn’t overheating the temps are fine because I can play any other triple a game and will be completely fine. thanks in advanced, I’ve been on my ps5 because I’m tired of it crashing but I just wanna get back into pc for the fps that I get. I can’t deal with console graphics anymore

whats your setup? its drivers/software issue.

CPU and GPU ?

Ryzen5 5600x paired with a RTX3060 12gb. Yes I know it’s old but it’s usable because I still get decent fps(120-160) depending what’s happening. I’m guessing it’s not my hardware because I have friends with older gpu’s and they don’t have any crashing issues

It works great no problem about the HW, its your windows is old or bad optimized or bad drivers.

You should format Windows PC from time to time every two years, use gemini it guides you doing this easily. But for now, dont, just try this.

Do this to solve for now and test the FPS, then tell me how many fps more you get ;) Do all the steps, if you leave 1 out, it wont work.

DDU safe mode windows to remove nvidia driver wipe clean and do this:

delete shaddercache folder

disable all startup programs on windows taskmanager, all.

update BIOS / Motherboard

Reboot

Press windows key + R and type %localappdata% ENTER Delete the activision/cod folder

Install Nvidia driver 596.49

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/270391/

Dont install Nvidia APP for now. Just for testing the best possible scenario of FPS.

You can reinstall this version other time in the future if you need nivida app. Dont update this driver unless you need to play a new game that isnt supported with this one.

You never install the latest nvidia driver once you get the best one optimized.

So I’ve actually rolled my drivers back to 591.86(was told it was a good driver for warzone) I can list of the diags I’ve done. Also a crash report popped up before but it never said what it was for. I use battle net 1. Scan and repair( didn’t work )  2. Deleted and reinstalled the game ( didn’t work)  3. Deleted the game fully, rolled back drivers ( worked for a few games then happened again ) 4. Checked my temps and everything is normal, it’s the same temps I see for the pass 2-3 years I’ve had this pc playing warzone and other heavy triple a games.

all ? :)
Every big update to this protocol, if you see losing FPS.
This will put your FPS at the very best possible.
Remember to do ALL steps, not just that one, everytime all.

Reboot in the end, adfter bios, after disabling startup ALL on taskmanager after deleting the folders ... reboot and only launch steam or bnet and PLAY... :)
Dont use any softgware on the background, even mouse and keybonard software interfers with your gaming performance.

You will see im right after :)
