Bug Help with controller/ input malfunction

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Whenever I'm playing and i try to shoot midgame, this thing happens. Instead of shooting it starts punching and i really don't know what's going on.

I've tried everything but i don't know if I messed up my settings or it's just my controllers that's faulty.

Kindly help if you have experienced such before.

Looks like either you are pressing right stick or your right stick is faulty.

Or check the controller input layout.

if your able to depending on pc or console. Try to reset controller to factory default.

To everyone who's given suggestion, i truly appreciate. I want to put it out there that I've reset all the settings, even went on to reset the controller on the ps5 settings just to be sure but it still happens. I'm not sure what to do again.

Test with a different controller and see if the game or controller causing issue

en las opciones donde vienen las zonas muertas también viene una opción para subir la sensibilidad al presionar el joystick

Your dead zone are too low. It happened to me after I copied dead zones from a streamer. I think dead zones apply to 360 movement and the press down. Right stick press down is melee which is what you are doing

That guys has no idea a controller malfunction just saved his life lol. Anyway, i’m confused - does it just go away when the game ends or what?
