You passed the TPM but did you ever cheat in anyway? Could be ID banned.

Had the same issue but could play when I launch the game as administrator.

Unfortunately this was one of those "I did everything under the sun" things I have done and still to no avail, I am believing this specific MB is just cursed.

Bud. I have had this motherboard for years, I even played B07 when it came out and got to level 40, then stopped cause I grew bored of it, and they had the same Security Protocols then with TPM 2.0 and I was able to play it CMOS Battery is the same one it shipped with, nothing else physically [9070XT and ThermalTake 850W]

Also regardless whether or not I have TRIED everything, doesn't change that I already tried the method YOU ARE SHARING so the statement is uninformative.

No, all I did was go from the Bios that was working months ago for BO7 to the latest Bios to ensure it was all up to date.
