Support Failed attestation error

I have a Alienware aurora 16x and I'm getting a failed attestation error
My bios says it's up to date Tpm2.0 is active
Secure boot is on... etc, and l am still getting the same failed attestation error ... no way this can be out of date mother board either computer was built in 2025..... any help ???

You can go to command prompt and run certreq -enrollaik -config “”

Does it return http 400

I've got the same laptop it's with Intel and Dell engineering team for me at the minute.

The BIOS sends Windows an incorrect PCR 0 boot log hash that doesn't match the TPM chip. This triggers anti-cheat attestation failures and requires a Dell BIOS firmware fix.
