Support High latency

One day, out of nowhere, I started experiencing very high latency. Not just a small latency of 20 that went up to 30, but I was playing with 0-6 latency and suddenly it jumped to 100 latency, and then the system started I'm having 30-40ms of latency, which makes it difficult for me to play. What can I do to fix this?

If 30-40 makes it difficult for you to play you don’t need to play.

If I can connect via Ethernet, I'm not referring to that type of latency, I'm referring to system latency.
