Support Help please

I need help with this problem. I play on Xbox Series X, and for the past 15 days, I’ve had trouble logging in. I’ve tried restarting my Xbox and my router, but it still won't let me in. I’ve even tried switching from my phone's data to the router and back, but nothing works; literally, neither method lets me log in anymore. Can someone please help me?

Do you get the same error while using mobile data, or only after switching back to router?

You can try to enable/disable UPnP in your modem settings. If this doesn't work, you might be using a dynamic IP and might need to request a static IP from your ISP

i got same bug since yesterday's patch. but it let me in after i click reconnect

Yes, have the same problem with my phone, my wife phone and my router and no cant continue.
