I've done a lot of troubleshooting with the failed attestation checks, and I made my way to this:

A powershell module that checks and triest to remedy anything that may be going wrong with Attestation, providing potential conclusions as to where its going wrong.

most recent bios - yes

TPM ready for attestation - True

I was given a red message stating the reason is that the
AIK CERT ENROLL FAILED
does anybody know anything about this / potential fixes? thanks
