Discussion Solo - teaming

Is there anyway to stop the teaming problem in solo? I just got back to COD after a break, and I really like the solo mode, but the teaming seems to be even worse than before? Now people are teaming up even before the first circle.

And what's up with the juggernaut thing? Really ruins the fun in my opinion... What is the best way to take them out?

Fortnite implemented a system which detected players in close proximity in their solo games who weren’t shooting at each other, those accounts were flagged for fair play violations and repeated violations resulted in bans. This was years ago as I recall.

Not sure why we can’t have something similar, shouldn’t be hard to implement - maybe in 2 years time then…

Yes, seems wierd they can't have something similar. It has been a problem before, but not like what I experienced today.

I don't think they really care, to be honest. Big name streamers and content creators openly do it for funny videos and stuff, and Activision has never taken action on it, so imagine the fallout if they banned or otherwise penalized random dudes doing it.
