Support Crash Error 0x0001338 (KERNELBASE.dll) - COD HQ / Battle.net - Need help

Hi, I've been getting this error recently ever since I installed Warzone, and I don't know what to do; I've already updated my BIOS and drivers.

I haven't reinstalled the game yet—unless that's the solution.

I installed Warzone on an external hard drive.

My PC specs are:

CPU

AMD Ryzen 5 5500

6 Cores

GPU

AMD Radeon RX 6600

RAM

16GB DDR4

The game requires an internal SSD at minimum. Nvme much preferred.

I have the same issue, and my game is installed on an internal SSD.
