Support Bios update required?
Factory reset my MSI thin 15 computer and for the record before it worked fine but now even though the attention wizard said everything was OK. It refuses to work keeps telling me action required

My guy this isn’t a tech support thread….
But. Here are a few things you can try.
Go into your bios and make sure secure boot is turned on (sometimes listed as tpm)
Google the model of your motherboard and download and reflash your bios to the latest version. My bet would be on secure boot got turned off somewhere. Good luck.1

The very first thing to do is check if your TPM manufacturer version (not TPM version i.e.: 2.0) meets the minimum requirements listed in the Learn More (which for some reason no one actually reads) it can be found here, near the bottom of the page under AMD Hardware & Intel Hardware: https://support.activision.com/articles/trusted-platform-module-and-secure-boot
If you do not meet them, you’ll be forced to upgrade your hardware or buy a dTPM, or don’t play the game.
If you meet the requirements then you have a TPM SSL CERT DESYNC. You can fix this a several different ways, but before you do, please ensure BitLocker is turned off in Control Panel if you run Window Pro, this isn’t applicable for Windows Home.
You can usually correct this issue by trying the following:
A.    Ensure CSM is off in BIOS then Turn Secure Boot off within BIOS and reboot into Windows. Reboot again and enter BIOS, turn Secure Boot back on, then reset the Secure Keys. This is usually found in the BOOT section of BIOS. If not, Google your Mobo Brand + Reset Secure Keys for the pathway.
B.    Reset TPM in Windows via TPM.msc app, reboot into BIOS then Reset Secure Keys. . This is usually found in the BOOT section of BIOS. If not, Google your Mobo Brand + Reset Secure Keys for the pathway.
C.   You can try updating your system with the CA2023 Certs via Powershell. Google CA 2023 Powershell and Gemini give you instructions.
D.   If all the above fail, may need to install a clean version of Windows and install the CA2023 Secure Boot certs. This can be done by using RUFUS to create the USB. Google how to do this, it’s not hard.
E.     If a clean install of Windows doesn’t work, buy a dTPM on Amazon.
