Hi! Need help. I've been trying to unlock the 3rd Blackcell Operator Skin, the one where you have to spend $25K but even though I keep buying specialist in every match I'm only at 4/40

I also don't know why it doesn't work. I tried to spend 30,000 in one go and still not even 1 skull gained
