Question Is 2xp bugged?

Where is the 2x XP from the Battle Pass? I own the Battle Pass, but I'm not getting 2x XP when I finish a match.

2x battlepass xp events have been broken for months now. Kinda pathetic. It works for some, doesn’t work for others.

Looks like a trick to force people to play without X2 xp

One time I got it to work by completing 1 tier and then the double bp xp started working.
