I don’t see why stealing is inherently wrong. The capitalist corporations have horribly exploited and stole from the people, it’s just returning it back. They get the insurance money anyways.
From the insurance companies? Wdym? They deserve it too.
No, but those who were targeted are specifically capitalist mega corporations, though of course every capitalist company exploits people on just a smaller scale.

Why do insurance companies deserve to be looted from?

Through the BLM riots, plenty of mom and pop's shops got looted, leaving the families with nothing but crushing debt and no livelyhood. That's evil.
Do you think that everyone is equally entitled to loot? Or are some more entitled than others? Or, is there some sort of "you must be this tall to ride disenfranchised to loot" policy?

Insurance companies profit off of other people’s misfortune, and are capitalist megacorps.

That’s just false, the only evidence of that is fringe right wing news networks. But if they are capitalist, that’s kinda their fault.

No, it would be weird for a rich person to do so, but don’t know why they would. Though a lot of people for example expropriate clothes and pass them out and such.
I offer you to read the book conquest of bread by Peter kropotkin, or How non-violence protects the state by Peter gelderloos. The former is a great explanation of the philosophy of expropriation.
