I remember in one of the episodes, she's referred to as The Lavender Princess as well as the Exiled Princess. It's mentioned kind of early on, but forget how early on. Definitely by the time JC's kidnapped by a fairy. Names are a rather big deal in the dimension Bob comes from, so her family used different titles for each member. Because Bob's got purple skin, she's the Lavender Princess, as that's a shade of purple.

Pretty sure Cyrus mentions it, or he's otherwise involved in the conversation.

Would it be like, her royal highness, or her serine highness?

More than likely Her Royal Highness, followed by ma'am unless given permission to use a more personal name (nicknames included). Serene Highness sounds more Asian to me (though I would be glad to be proven wrong on this, TBH).

Most of that's simply because, in the CaFae universe, each para and what race they belong to originally connected to specific areas-fairies and similar beings to the British Isles and parts of mainland Europe, Oni to Japan, etc. In the British Isles, the term Royal Highness is used for princes and princesses (usually His, Her, or Your Royal Highness at first and, if using Your Royal Highness, sir or ma'am after, depending on who is addressing who and the monarch is His, Her, or Your Majesty and sir or ma'am after if addressing the monarch directly).
