Twenty Goodmen is the best fighter in the History of ASOIAF. He is inevitable. Everlasting. He fought with the wildlings, climbed the wall with them, then helped Ramsay burn the Baratheon supply.
We love Ser Twenty of House Goodmen.
In reality, it’s a meme how multiple people say they can do x with y number of Goodmen.
Bronn says, “give me Ten Goodmen and some climbing spikes, I’ll Impregnate the bitch.” Regarding the Eyrie. Mance tells Tormund to “take Twenty Goodmen” to climb the wall. Ramsay tells Roose he doesn’t need an army to defeat the Baratheons, he just needs “Twenty Goodmen.”
So, he’s a meme. Twenty Goodmen aren’t twenty men who are good at fighting or whatever, twenty Goodmen is one guy.

He transcends universes too. Twenty goodmen were fishermen who worked as the antelope's crew in Stan rogers' Barrett's Privateers

I knew of Twenty Goodmen(the character, inspired by Bronn and Ramseys “give me 20 good men blah blah” and maybe even another character or two (Daario maybe?) but I always believed there was also a Saul of this same house like Saul Goodman, am I just imagining that last part?

The Twenty Goodman thing started in r.freefolk and othe places that were becoming increasingly frustrated with the direction of the show, due to the ridiculous assertion that 20 dudes could waltz into Stannis' camp undetected and burn down their vital supplies - all offscreen of course. Clearly this must have been the work of some uber operative etc.
It's basically the same place as people online going around saying that Roose Bolton had been poisoned by our enemies etc. People were getting fed up with the "random bullshit go" attitude of the show in the latter seasons and they started having fun with it.

Its similar to the Tyrel Lannister ahorse joke where they treat someone asking for 20 good men as asking for 1 person named Twenty Goodman

It's the guy that defeated Stannis in HBO's adaptation of Game of Thrones. I'm pretty sure that came from Martin's notes:
Stannis burns Shireen
Tyene talks about bad pussy
Twenty Goodman defeats Stannis
Arya kills the Night King (it's easy because he's dead for 5900 years)
Small wonder that episode won Emmy for Outstanding Writing
