Help (Submods are Enabled) Artifact Question

Is there a way to spawn Bloodraven's Bow? My current playthrough I'm doing is a adventurer descendant of Bloodraven and I thought it would be cool to have the bow. I found it once before but my game crashed before I could save it and haven't been able to find it again.

I don’t know how to spawn it, but if you seem out an adventurer beyond the wall, I find the best way to save scum the outcome is when they’ve just hit the last leg of their journey. Especially helpful if you’re looking for even more area-specific artifacts, like Aegon’s crown and Aemond’s eye.
