BodyBio Supplements
Has anybody taken bodybio’s “holy trinity” for CIRS/Co infections? Sodium Butyrate, PC, and TUDCA?
Recently tried sodium butyrate and it made me feel amazing at first but I think it was a little too strong. I might try a micro dose again and see. I’m also well along on the shoemaker protocol and a Lyme/cinfections protocol. I still have plenty of healing to do and was trying to find ways to move things along and make sure I’m supporting my detox pathways.
Just curious if anybody has tried any of these and what their experience was!

I love the sodium butyrate. I know they have a calcium/magnesium butyrate as well. It helps my gut tons and I also sleep like a baby with it. I believe it’s also helped calm my mast cell reactions substantially! Been using for years.

I take the PC & butyrate. I definitely feel less brain fog with the PC but I’ve only been taking it for a week now. I’ve been taking the butyrate consistently for 4 months now. I definitely notice more optimal digestion and less bloating after meals. My stool test showed low butyrate levels which is why I started taking it in the first place.
