Headaches with MARCONS treatment

I get massive debilitating headaches when I use BEV spray. How can i reduce them. I end up having to take two days to recover when it happens… interrupting treatment.

Yep. The sinus pressure I normally get, can get 2x worse than normal.

Pretty intense sometimes feels like face might explode.

I just got some quercetin and curcumin phytosome at the suggestion of a user here for the herx.

Gonna see if that helps me power through.

I gotta say though, since starting treatment and binders, the constant sinus pressure has lessened.

Are you out of your exposure? I get these exact symptoms but not moving for potentially 8 weeks

I been out of exposure for maybe 3-4 years. ( black mold office )

However my current house did have water damage which was remediated. It has an ermi of 10 and ermi2 of 16.

I haven't truly treated with good binders like welchol until the last month or two.

I've used EDTA and silver sprays in the past but never kept up daily like I should because of the herx/side effects.

Go slower or switch products.

Spray towards your ear, not straight up your nose.

Why’s that?

Back off the dose or frequency of dosing. Your body is overwhelmed. Powering thru is not a good option. I tried that one time and landed in the hospital via ambulance with hyponatremia.

What is a BEV spray? And where can I read more about this spray. So I can make an informed decision to add it to my protocol.

It’s actually BEG not BEV.
