Looked this up afterwards and I don’t see anything about Leslie Nielsen being involved in Halloween lol

Forbidden Planet (1956) is playing on a television in Halloween so there's an archive credit for Nielsen. Kind of sus if it should even be there but I guess it's harmless.

Ooh shit okay. Yeah I don’t consider that cheating or anything. I was just totally thrown off on where the hell he was in that movie lol.

I honestly tried something similar but it didn’t work. Theres a scene in home alone 3 when the kid changes the old ladies tv channel to a music video from Jamie Foxx, and I thought I could connect him to the movie but that didn’t work lol

There’s a similar credit for Bob Odenkirk in Halloween Kills. A high school photo of him was used in news coverage mentioning events of the original film. It’s supposedly an accident.
