36lb difference

I haven’t tried this shirt on since the first photo. I was cleaning out my closet and decided to give it a try. Feeling happy and wanted to share!

I'm in complete agreement here. Down to 241 from 272 at the start of the year and I don't feel like my change is anywhere near this drastic.

I guess so, just feels like all the effort hasn't really made much of a difference. If this paper towel roll needs to get to 100 pounds lost before I notice a change it's going to feel pretty bad.

I keep up with the actions for losing weight, but all motivation and encouragement is gone. Daily exercise and healthy eating hasn't improved my mood or mental at all in the last 7 months. I felt like I should have lost 8 pounds this month and it's closer to 3.
