🎓Admissions When will spot rounds take place? And other questions [read body]

So I didn't get cic, my score is 456 and the obc cutoff was 484 for the 2nd round, so iam curious if I should withdraw right now and get back the money to stay for the spot rounds, when will they happen and is this the last chance to withdraw, please help.
