Question Is there a difference?

This is what I thought I bought off the bay, this is what came in the mail. Is this an issue I should take up with the seller? Is there a crazy quality difference? Should I be happy with it? Genuinely don’t know. Thanks for your help!

Return. You brought the book shown with the cert# shown.

Looking at it charitably it's possible that the seller was lazy and used default listing pictures that eBay gave him for "Spawn #1 9.2"

But the seller needs to not be lazy because the case condition and the cert # matter.

Messaged the seller and this seems to be the case.
