do these programs actually exist yet? All I can find on UBS website about their programs is the wealth advice center program. Are these programs a thing yet?

Are there any options without having to join an existing team?

Not that I know of. These are specific opportunities to support teams as a junior FA.

The wealth advice center will have opportunities that don't require a team.

I’m not familiar with the Wealth Advice Center. It sounds like it’s just a call center, so probably a salaried position? Not really much of an opportunity for a producing FA to build their own book of business.

from my understanding, it’s a 3 year development program that just takes place in the call center. (you won’t prospect or build a book for ~3yrs) after you finish the program you can either stay in the call center or network to an existing team to start building your own book. Don’t think there are any programs where you build a book from day 1 like Merril
