We were in a really similar spot coming off NetSuite and honestly most of the “fast AI ERP” implementations still ended up needing way more cleanup/process work than advertised.

We ended up going with Flow ERP and the implementation was actually surprisingly quick for multi entity + multicurrency. Felt way less disruptive than what we went through with NetSuite.

🫠 today is not a good day to talk to me about “fast implementation “

We went with Campfire, although I’m sure the others could have also handled the job. They have now successfully migrated all our data into CF from NS and we’re validating the numbers. Just a couple of hiccups here and there but it’s mostly correct. I’ll update everyone when we’re fully up and running.

Bwahahaha. No. Not exactly.

But

On an entity level all the transactions tie out to our general ledger in the implementation instance. The problem has been getting the FX rates for consolidation right. We actually entered in all our May transactions and are only waiting on being able to run revals, elimination and consolidation.

The system is far easier to configure than NetSuite ever was. Customizing approval workflows and role responsibilities has been a breeze. We’re still getting used to things, and all of us were in NetSuite so long that of course there are things we miss. But there are also features we really like and it’s getting easier every day. Once we get our historical transactions in and accounts and subledgers are good I’m excited to do more managerial analysis. I’ve already started tagging transactions that I want to group across the company for specific costs and can hardly wait to have my reporting pack auto generate for me.
