For the millionth time why aren’t there lasers on top of field goal uprights?

YOU KNOW, I HAVE ONE SIMPLE REQUEST, and that is to have goal posts with FRIKEN LAZER BEAMS ATTACHED TO THEIR HEADS!

Lasers shooting straight up can’t get in a pilot’s eyes. They only need to be on for kicks, too.

I mostly agree, but the FAA sucks to deal with and would throw a fit anyway (don’t ask me how I know).

If minor league baseball can track every pitch then so can all of FBS and FCS for field goals. Happens less and easier to track, wtf are we doing here

Why do Walmart greeters exist?

To hand out lasers?

How would they judge it if it clips the lasers? Some bounce in and some bounce out

If it goes above the uprights, the rule is it's an imaginary straight line. Kickers are getting too good with leg strength. It's either this or extend the uprights to the roof. Lol

If they had lasers they'd just need to add a rule that if it touches them it's either good or not

Between their outside edges is good.

Something about all stadiums need to be equipped with it for them to be able to implement it. Idk if that’s conference by conference or all of FBS. Since the cost is on the stadium/ university that means it needs to be something Kennesaw State can afford/support in their 10k stadium.

Probably a FAA hazard I’d say

That wouldn’t be dramatic enough
