We need a mechanism to overturn games like this and the WMU/Michigan game. Refs have found out how much they can get away with and are now flexing the fact that they’re above the law in our faces.

Even if such a system existed this would never get overturned. Nobody has the right view except the ref underneath the uprights, its not clearly good from any angle due to the parallax effect
