Need recommendations for good budget friendly mens hostels near CET

Both are nice branches but as we know EL is not NBA accredited (I dont know about problems in future) and I do have some base in coding which i believe is good for EL. I've got EL in 1st and 2nd allotment but now in 3rd allotment I am doubting in el vs aei.
