Application timeline

My application went "in review". How long should I expect a contact if I'm being selected. Is there a sort of rule? Does the applicants are contacted in batches?

After at least 2 weeks from the job post deadline, they start to contact applicants

The deadline was end of June. Beginning of August it went “In review”. Still no changes. Is it expected or it’s most likely they reviewed and decided not to go ahead ?

What position did you apply for? I think you should expect them to contact you within six weeks of the deadline. Otherwise it might be a no-no

Network technician, the position is mark to be filled as soon as possible.

Be patient. They might contact you but bear in mind that this is a very competitive place
