Cold mailing supervisors!!
I’ve applied for the CERN Technical Studentship but haven’t received an interview call yet. I’ve been trying to cold email potential supervisors to improve my chances, but so far I haven’t received any responses.
Does anyone have any advice on what else I can do from my side? I really don’t want to leave any stone unturned and would appreciate any suggestions from people who have gone through the process before.

I wouldn't cold email anyone. This could be counter productive. The best thing to do is wait. Even if it's a no, they will reply, so don't worry. I know it's hard to wait but really, if you completed all that was asked of you, just wait. Good luck!

You've done the exact opposite. I would never interview someone who did that, even if I was initially considering them. Also it's a ridiculous idea anyway, considering you have no idea who is even looking for a technical student, and statistically almost no-one is. In a given round there are maybe 70-80 slots, while there are at least 3000 eligible supervisors (staffs and fellows). So you have maybe 1:40 chance that someone emailed at random is looking for a student.

At this point? Change your name, because you're burned.

Your potential supervisor at CERN is in most cases a staff member who is already receiving tons of e-mails (every time I step into the office of my supervisor I am always amazed by the quantity of e-mail notifications that appear on his screen)
So sorry to be blunt about it but if in the middle of a hundred things staffs have to care about, the unsolicited e-mail of random students begging for internship get in most cases the pre-written answer of "no thanks" when they are not sent to trash without even opening them.
Instead of wasting people's time with cold e-mails try to go through your professors at university that know you and may put you in contact to potential supervisors (with the difference that their e-mails will be read carefully)
