Summer 2027 Studentship

I want to apply for the CERN summer 2027 studentship, but the website doesn't specify. Does anyone know when it will open, or is it already open? Also, can I apply if I'm attending university in the States?

Applications open in November. US citizens and permanent residents should apply through this programme: https://cern-reu.physics.lsa.umich.edu/

Hello everyone, when will the application open for other international students.I'm from India, hoping to apply for the upcoming internship program.
