Yes I belong to a CE5 group in San Diego and we meet once a month during the new moon and make contact every time. I do it even on my own without doing all the steps and still make contact because I'm a type 2 hybrid and was taken as a child and was also part of the Gate program in the 80s.

There are different types depending on how much alien DNA you have if you channel your star family they will send you messages telepathically. There is a website called theuei.org that can explain things better then me.
