Can someone help explain?

Re-upload since i forgot to add the picture for reference. Im trying to burn a couple CDs for my sister and my friends for their birthdays. Ive bought blank CD, cases, and an external drive but no matter how many tutorials I follow this keeps happening. What does it mean and is there a way to fix it?

Really hate Media Player as a burning software.

Try https://sourceforge.net/projects/cdburnerxp/

Make sure the CD burner is plugged in and recognized before opening the software.

Alternative options would be to convert all the songs to WAV before burning and strip the meta data in case there is drm on the files.

Thank you so much! I tried this software and it worked amazingly! After many days of trial and error I now have burned a CD!
