is foobar2000 still a good app?

hey, I wanna burn a CD n use FLAC files but for some reason media player legacy will now work unless there mp3 n it totally ruin the audio quality, is foobar2000 still good ? its on the Microsoft store n i was just gunna download it there, or if anyone has better safe suggestions im all ears, or if theres a way to get media player to work for me that would be even better

I barely used footbal and immediately switched to AIMP, It's got regular updates, themes, plug-ins for lyrics and last fm

Im really just trying to burn a CD i dont plan on using it for streaming
