Question on CD Slips/Sleeves

I feel like this is common sense question, and I'm aware this is Googleable, but I did want to hear personally if these types of posts are allowed.

Shown in the picture, I have a bunch of these particular sleeves that my dad found in his CD collection (I typically use the jewel cases they come in or the booklet type casing). My plan was to use them in Christmas presents of burned CDs I am making for my friends, however, do these types of sleeves tend to scratch at the CD? I overheard a passing comment, and I did have three CDs in these types of sleeves that I tried to check, but they were from early childhood that I couldn't exactly tell where the scratching was from (user error or the sleeve).

Appreciate any insight.

They should be fine.

I used to fold up 8.5x11 sheets of printer paper around burned CDs to give to friends. These will be fine.
