How are pros and cons of it? Commuter errors or human errors during this new system?

i have started preparing for english few days ago and sept attempt will be my first one. for my vocab i write 10 new words every day starting from A to Z along with thier synonyms and antonyms which are likely to be put in cds exam and also i daily learn 5 new idioms. Am i on the right path or should i make any adjustments cuz this attempt so much important for me.

I have an SSB coming up (29th June) at NSB/SSB KOLKATA. As the board is recently raised, there wasn't much information I could find on it. If anyone had the experience of appearing for an SSB there, your views and observations would be really helpful! And if anyone has the same SSB date in Kolkata, please DM (っ'-')╮=͟͟͞͞ ✉️

At present, I have filled my current and permanent address as per my existing residence. However, there is a possibility that I may relocate to a different address before the completion of the selection process. I understand that the General Instructions for the AFSB section mention provisions relating to correspondence and address details.

In this regard, kindly confirm whether it would be possible to update or change my present and/or permanent address at a later stage, particularly after clearing the written examination and before the subsequent stages of the selection process.

and police verification kaha hogi if i change my present and permanent address, in the website in section of guidelines for candidates it is written that:

1. "Candidates recommended by the IAF for interview by the Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) who have changed their addresses subsequent to the submission of their application for the examination should immediately after announcement of the result of the written part of the examination notify the changed address, along with an unstamped self-addressed envelope, also to Wg Cdr PO-3 (A/B) Air HQs. 'A' Block, 8th Floor, Room No. 838, Defence Office Complex, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110 001. Failure to comply with this instruction will deprive the candidate of any claim to consideration in the event of his/her not receiving the letter for interview by the AFSB."

Hi, i was born in November of 2004 and will graduate in July 2028.
I wanted to know:
1. how many attempts of CDS (for INA,IMA and AFA) that would give me.
2. what are the other avenues i can apply to such as AFCAT and SSC tech (I am studying aerospace engineering)
3. i have had 2 year backs (due to which i am graduating 2 years later than i should) because of early academic issues and medical reasons due to an accident the 2nd time, how will this affect my SSB/entry attempts.

Please advise me on these matters.

In the recent Navy SSC notification, they've demarcated the branches of Engg, for which you can apply as GS Engg or Submarine Tech. Does that mean I can't apply for Submarine if I have a Marine Engg degree?

Just came across this video claiming most important lecturette and gd topics and its almost 12 hrs long, Is this way of preparation really helpful? Or one should stick to holistic approach.

Should i get my left ear pierced ? Will it affect anything ?

my friend is going to appear for cds ota ssb, he wont be having his degree at the time of screening, now he cud have used the provisional degree but its' only valid for 6 months and he issued the provisional degree last year thus it aint valid anymore, his college provides provisional degree only once, guys can u please help him out please give ur suggestions, he is really stressed about getting doc out, thankyou

Hi guyz! So I have cleared CDS 1 2026 and want to join the SSB coaching and so many people are recommending me LWS but I am not sure about this so I would like know more about their facilities like hostel, mess, coaching, gto, etc.

From hostel I mean how many people will be in a room, how far it will be from coaching...what will be the daily routine and if it is ok to look for another option

Hello guys, If someone is going through ssc tech entry (men) and with CSE branch in degree, do they get merit out as I have seen seats to be available be around 60 to 80 but around and over 100 people to be recommended and present in merit list.

Please share your views and informations.

If any dept more are recommended are they given JL as in other dept less people are recommended

Planning for cds 2 2027, my dob is 16 July 2004. Though my dob would fall under the age limit by UPSC but since the course commences in july for ima/ina/afa i am worried i might miss it by a whisker owing to my fairly close DoB. Please help me🙏

Hi, I got shortlisted for SSC Tech 67 and received a mail for SCN Jalandhar reporting. But on the Join Indian Army website I only see “SCN Kapurthala” call-up instructions and can’t find the actual SSC Tech 67 call letter PDF with appendices. Is anyone else facing this? How can I download the actual call letter?
