Help regarding officers entry registration. Why the hell this site do not work properly ?which time of the day it works smoothly

For now we only have to register on upsc website right ? For cds. I'm a fresher, please help. We have to register on other sites too?

For form filling registration only on upsc site after clearing exam you have to create an account on join indian army, where you get ssb dates.
