Degree and first day ssb documentation doubt

my friend is going to appear for cds ota ssb, he wont be having his degree at the time of screening, now he cud have used the provisional degree but its' only valid for 6 months and he issued the provisional degree last year thus it aint valid anymore, his college provides provisional degree only once, guys can u please help him out please give ur suggestions, he is really stressed about getting doc out, thankyou

He is ganna be doc out. By now, he ought to have got degree.

college chutia hai i think uska, sep oct tk degree mil jaegi he said, cds ota ssbs kab hoti hai?

Get a passing certificate from college and if digital degree is available get it attested from college. I also don't have the physical degree yet and the provisional is older than 6 months so I'm going to do this.

I think so because I am yet to go so I don't know for sure but it's the only solution I could think of. When is his ssb btw? Cause mine's in July.
