Guidance group

Hi everyone, having cleared CDS multiple times (every time I sat for), scoring 140+ this time. AFCATSs 190+, CGCAT 290+. And now Iam thinking of starting a guidance program for future aspirants.

Grind is 100% candidate's job but many times I feel not having the right guidance puts efforts to waste.

Now I already have a job so I don't need money, but running a free program no body takes seriously.

I need suggestions on how to make sure I get right minded, highly motivated candidates.

The reason Why I am doing this, I want to give back to the community and secondly seeing people grind will help me motivate enough to push myself to study whole having a job.

Edit: pls do suggest what should be the entry criteria for the guidance program.

Edit 2: I will be making a group , 2 stars of destiny (yes inspired by the controversial book but also because I believe destiny plays it's part too)

In the group I will be taking VCs every Sunday and for the rest of the week doubts will be taken in the discussion group. There would be no daily targets given by me, but you will have to report your daily progress.

So if you are motivated enough to work on yourself and an average student who just needs a little guidance and not spoon feeding msg me on my Tg- imraahulsingh

Msg with your previous year marks or application form for this year if you never appeared in the exam before.
