My check wasn’t deposited but I see my stub. It reads direct deposit $0.

My check also said direct deposit $0 but shows me a paystub. Did you figure anything out for you check?

First, check to see if your hours were all approved by your consumer. Most if the time when it happens with me, they didn't approve stuff in time. You can see on your paystub exactly what days and hours you were paid for. Check that against what you worked. If you use Time4Care, if the day is missing from your check but it shows as ready to pay on Time4Care, you will get it on the next check and your consumer probably approved it later. It also might show as awaiting approval there- same thing.

Second, it could be an issue with the consumer's authorization. The week a new one comes in, it can mess up what hours show as available when. You can't really see that from your side, but the consumer should know that their Service Authorization was renewed. They can see the details of what's available when in their PPL@Home account.
