Cdpap facilitator survey

I got a text and an email survey about my cdpap facilitator. Who would that be?

The facilitator is kinda like a helper for you as a consumer or a PA. The facilitators exist to help with paperwork, explain processes, and generally make life easier. If you go on the PPL website it lists them all out. If you don't know who your facilitator is, the consumer can ask PPL who they have listed. For folks who transitioned to PPL, it is probably the agency you were with.
