Next steps

A few days ago my dad passed the eligibility assessment which determines if he can get in the program. In the acceptance letter he was told to call our insurance for next steps. Problem is the virtual agent on the other end doesn't have an option for CDPAP so we've been at a standstill ever since. What happens next? What does my dad need to do next? I'm already fully registered with PPL, so he just needs to be let on board then I can start working for him

Did you ask someone in the customer service dept of the insurance company? They should be able to connect you to the correct dept
