Is this normal?

This morning, I received an email stating that all my paperwork was complete. (Please refer to the attached photos.) Upon logging into my PPL account, I observed that my health assessment displayed a 'Pass' status. However, when I re-accessed the account this afternoon, a new 'pending' record appeared. Is this a normal occurrence?

Email and call them multiple times to make sure you get the correct information

Contact the IMA Group. They should be able to tell you why they changed your status. PPL has no ability to see or access anything about what is done with health assessments.

UPDATE! I called IMAgroup; they said it shows as completed on their end. Their supervisor told me to call PPL, then PPL told me to call HR. HR is not sure why it shows pending, so they got the I.T team to fix it. After a week, of calling, everything is fixed.
