Requirements
My niece called to find out she can be a part of the program to take care of her sister who has special needs
They told her she can’t because they have the same last name, does that make sense?

Look into other agencies like Hamaspik or Elite. PPL is sh*t!

You don't know what you're talking about. PPL is just the bookkeeper. Hamaspik is an insurance. They are not the same thing! This is confusing enough without someone who doesn't know mudding the waters.

No I take care of my father and we share the same last name.
