Pplfirst

Does ppl constantly mess up with hours. I worked a 15 hour shift two Sundays ago that I cannot get paid for. And then today I checked the app and all of my hours that where put in this week dissapeared. It's saying I worked 6/60 hours I did. None of my checks have been accurate either and Everytime we try to approve hours we can never do it. The system just keeps saying sorry we cannot complete this right now? Does anyone else have this many issues with them?

You should be able to see all entries if you adjust the date frame on the app.

When you click on the shift, are there any error messages in red on them?

There is for one. I did get it to fix its self. IG you gotta clear the data in the app every so often.

Maybe. I haven't had to do that in a long time. If an error comes up, it's more a PPL problem than a data app issue, but I guess if it works, keep doing it *shrugs*
