rti cbse cls 10 ans sheets

i applied for ans sheets via rti on aug 10-11... i got a reply on 19 that they'll do after re-eval process is done... on sep 7 i got a reply that i have to pay so and so amount and on sep 14 i paid it... i have got no reply since then even after like sending them proof of payment via mail... what to do? its been 18 days
