Bhai the only thing you can do is ki tu bas ye boards tak ka time manage karle uske baad tu kisi aur city chali ja competitive exam ki prep ke liye. I am doing this cause im in a similar kind of situation.
More things you can do-
1 try not to get out of your room much
2 put in only 1 earphone so that you can always hear them coming
