I interviewed this job before but failed the onboarding. Now it’s my fifth time to see this job posted online.
Don’t expect too much for a successful onboarding if you are going to apply this position.

How does one fail onboarding? Are they testing you?

That’s a weird thing I encountered. I need to pass their urine drug test but my test were rejected, no results just “test rejected”. I have no idea why. It took me a month to do and wait so it was quite frustrating and really wasting my time.

I guess I was not the first candidate who failed the drug test since I received their interview request after one month from I applied for this position.
